Our vertical machining center excels at milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and reaming, along with many other machining processes. The heavy cast-iron construction yields the rigidity and stability necessary for heavy cutting operations. We can machine precision parts to an accuracy of +/- 0.0002″ and the 1000 psi thru-spindle coolant results in superior machined surface finishes and the ability to drill deep holes. The spindle probe precisely and automatically locates a work piece as well as a wireless tool presetter that automatically measures tool dimension. The probe and presetter result in superior part quality and exceptional repeatability.


Our highly advanced automatic precision surface grinding machine is intricately designed to totally accommodate the infinite demands that high mix production places on businesses of any size, no matter how big or small. Featuring high rigidity with PRO/E analytical physics design and endurable mechanical stability, this surface grinder is the best equipment for high precision surface grinding jobs. Surface grinding permits very accurate tolerances of less than 0.001″, and allows for smooth surface finishes up to 16 micro inch RMS. Surface grinding produces a much smoother surface that is flatter with greater parallelism than blanchard grinding.

With the advanced table positioning capabilities of our turret punch, we can achieve accuracy of +/- .004″ with a repeatability of +/- .002″ over the entire table.
